Prescription Refill Request Policy
You may request a prescription through email, PetDesk or by contacting the clinic
at 616-942-7387. For a refill, please press extension 2 to reach our pharmacy refill line.
While we do our best to refill medications as quickly as possible, we request 24 hours notice for prescription refills.
You will be called when your medication is ready to be picked up.
Medications not picked up within 2 weeks will be returned to stock
AHA Heartworm Prevention Policy

If a pet has missed more than 2 months of heartworm prevention (HWP), but less than
six, they can be prescribed heartworm prevention, but will need to get a heartworm
test (HWT) 6 months after the last known dose.
If they have missed more than 6 months of HWP, an immediate heartworm test is recommended.

Medication disposal
In accordance with Michigan law, once prescriptions are dispensed by our pharmacy, they can no longer be returned or credited,
unless the medication is sealed in its original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase.
