We operate on an appointment basis. You can book an appointment by phone, website or petdesk.com. We schedule each appointment type based on the time required, so we ask that you let us know all of your concerns ahead of time so that we can schedule you accordingly.

Patient Arrival Policy
We require all dogs and cats to be either on a leash or in a carrier for their safety. If you do not have a leash or carrier upon arrival, we can provide one for your visit. Due to COVID, we will check you in over the phone and then offer to bring you and your pet in for the appointment. We encourage but do not require you to wear a mask in the building. If you would like to remain in your vehicle, please let us know and a technician will come and get your pet for their appointment.
Our team will gladly help any of our clients who need assistance. Our hospital is wheelchair accessible including our restroom, lobby and exam rooms. Please call us prior to your appointment and we will be happy to help you.
We accept a limited number of same day & urgent appointments during our hours of operation. If we are unable to accommodate your pet same day, we may refer you to Animal Emergency Hospital or Blue Pearl Specialty and Emergency Pet Hospital.

Your kindness, compassion and support are very much appreciated by our staff. In return, you can expect the same fair treatment, level of care and empathy from our team. Our staff strives to do the best to provide a welcoming and safe environment. Those that choose not to respect our boundaries or make our staff feel unsafe may be asked to seek veterinary care at another facility.
